Shipping & Returns

Please allow 3 - 8 working days for delivery.

A signature must be obtained at time of delivery as proof that the items have been received.

The shipping address cannot be changed once the order(s) has been shipped.

Products on a single order may ship from multiple warehouses resulting in multiple deliveries being received. Customers will only be charged with one shipping charge regardless of part shipment.

Should any goods be out of stock at time of order processing an e-mail will be sent to the purchaser, or phone call made, advising estimated time frame to deliver goods and the choice will be offered to cancel the order if requested.
